N°19 du 06 Mars 2001).
However, be permitted, for a transitional period until December 31, 2020 (Arrêté du ministre de l’agriculture, des ressources hydrauliques et de la pêche du 9 février 2016 – J.O.R.T. N°14 du 16 Février 2016), l’utilisation des semences non obtenus selon le mode de production biologique prévue à l’article 5 de la loi n°99-30 du 5 avril 1999, relative to organic farming as much as the following conditions are satisfied :
- Les utilisateurs des semences peuvent prouver, d’une manière jugée suffisante par la commission nationale de l’agriculture biologique, qu’ils n’ont pas pu obtenir sur les marchés nationaux un matériel de reproduction pour une variété appropriée de l’espèce en question.
- Les semences utilisées doivent être non traités avec des produits phytosanitaires en figurant par deux annexes du cahier des charges types de production végétale selon le mode biologique.
