The certification "Label Marhba" of the Technical Center for Organic Agriculture

The Technical Center of Organic Agriculture (CTAB) has succeeded in renewing the national “Marhba” label for improving the quality of reception after having fulfilled all the conditions related to good reception on September 15, 2023. This certificate is valid for three years, with an annual follow-up audit by the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property (INNORPI). It is worth noting that the CTAB is the first institution of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Fisheries to have obtained the "Marhba" quality reception label since June 18, 2010.

The national "Marhba" label is developed by INNORPI in cooperation with the Quality Unit for Administrative Services of the Presidency of the Government and is awarded to eligible public administrations that provide good reception and quick and efficient access to the required services.

The regulation of this label indicates that the response to the service requested by mail must not exceed 21 days, the response to the service requested by e-mail must not exceed 48 hours and the response to telephone requests must be instant or not later than 24 hours.
