The Technical Center of Organic Agriculture (CTAB) participated in facilitating the regional seminar entitled "Valorization of Organic Olive Oil," organized by the Organic Agriculture Division of the Regional Commissionner for Agricultural Development (CRDA) of Sidi Bouzid, in partnership with the CTAB, in the presence of a group of technicians and farmers from the region, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the December 17 Cultural Complex in Sidi Bouzid.
Mr. Youssef Amor, General Engineer at the Technical Center of Organic Agriculture, gave a presentation on "Organic Olive Production Techniques" and also provided comprehensive answers to the various questions raised by the audience.
