"Marhaba" certification from the Centre Technique de l'Agriculture Biologique
The Centre Technique de l’Agriculture Biologique(CTAB) has succeeded in renewing the national “Marhba” label for improving the quality of hospitality, after having met all the conditions linked to good hospitality on September 15, 2023. This certificate is valid for three years, with an annual follow-up audit by the Institut National de la Normalisation et de la Propriété Industrielle INNORPI. It should be noted that the CTAB is the first institution of the Ministry of Agriculture, Hydraulic Resources and Fishing to have been awarded the “Marhba” hospitality quality label since June 18, 2010.
The national “Marhba” label is developed by INNORPI in cooperation with the administrative services quality unit of the Presidency of the Government, and awarded to eligible public administrations with a good reception and fast, efficient access to the required services.
The regulations governing this label state that the response to a service requested by post must not exceed 21 days, the response to a service requested by e-mail must not exceed 48 hours, and the response to telephone requests must be instantaneous or within 24 hours.
