N\u00b019 du 06 Mars 2001).<\/a>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff49556 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff49556\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHowever, during a transitional period expiring on December 31, 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/ctab.tn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/R_Semences3_fr-1.pdf\" style=\"color:#3F6731\">(Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Hydraulic Resources and Fisheries of February 9, 2016 &#8211; <\/a>J.O.R.T. N\u00b014 du 16 F\u00e9vrier 2016), the use of seeds not obtained according to the organic production method provided for in article 5 of <a href=\"https:\/\/ctab.tn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/R_loi-AB_fr-2.pdf\" style=\"color:#3F6731\">law n\u00b099-30 of April 5, 1999<\/a>, relating to organic farming, is authorized, provided the following conditions are met:\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30c4925 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"30c4925\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-587652f Commission for Organic Agriculture, that they have been unable to obtain reproductive material for an appropriate variety of the species in question on the national
