operator must be inspected by an inspection and certification body approved by the Ministry of Agriculture in the field of organic farming in accordance with <a id=\"loi-99-30-link\" style=\"color: #3f6731 !important; font-weight: bold !important;\" href=\"https:\/\/ctab.tn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/R_loi-AB_fr.pdf\">law no. 99-30<\/a> of April 05, 1999, <a id=\"decret-2000-409-link\" style=\"color: #3f6731 !important; font-weight: bold !important;\" href=\"https:\/\/ctab.tn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/R_OCC_fr.pdf\">decree no. 2000-409<\/a> of February 14, 2000 and <a id=\"decret-2012-2819-link\" style=\"color: #3f6731 !important; font-weight: bold !important;\" href=\"https:\/\/ctab.tn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/R_COCC_fr.pdf\">decree no. 2012-2819<\/a> of
