Mr. Hatem CHEHIDI, General Engineer and representative of the CTAB, took part in the first day of the scientific symposium titled \"From Tradition to Innovation: The Sustainable Valorization of Agri-Food Resources,\" which was held at the INAT Auditorium on June 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, he presented a scientific poster in collaboration with Ms. Ines TBINI, representative of the SMSA Lella Kmar Baya.<\/p>\n

This presentation focused on the valorization of the Mahmoudi wheat variety, with a particular emphasis on its potential for the production of organic borghol.<\/p>\n
